Really nice hotel and loved our room, plus the location was great. However, I learned the hard way that I hate connecting rooms, we had noisy neighbours and had to be those people to call front desk and complain at 11pm. Although it’s not their fault we had crappy neighbours it put a damper on the trip. Wish they could have just swapped our room, but they didn’t seem open to doing so when we asked for that solution first. Because staff just instead went and told neighbours to be quiet (yes paper thin we could hear every word 😭) there was tension with them the rest of our stay. Again, not a dealbreaker for some but I wouldn’t stay here again and will be avoiding any hotel with connecting rooms in the future, lesson learned! Also creepy if you’re not sharing the door with people you know.

excellent service. Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds and fine linens. Quiet. Our bathroom door locked and we had to have maintenance open the door. he said the locks sometimes get stuck. Time to upgrade the locks! It wasn’t great having to have someone come in the room to make a repair late at night. The staff was wonderful and repair was efficient but if it happens more than twice- please fix this for a room over $500 a night - the door knob needs to work properly.
