Pro: Beautiful view, can walk around the coast. Room Is clean. Cons: on the weekend the water taxi Is only available upon request not super convenient. And Is a bit distance from downtown. Limited choice of dining And also restaurant in the hotel closes early at 10：00pm. For the price we pay i Would say it's a 4 of 5. And when I left, the reception was supposed to send me the bill and so far still not received by email.

As an airplane enthusiast, I could not have imagined a better place to stay. Just a water taxi ride away from shopping and restaurants and steps away from the airport. The staff were EXCELLENT!!

In general we enjoyed our stay! Breakfast is excellent. However, AC fan is very noisy and we have to turn off the fan to sleep.

Very limited dining. No lunch at all! Room was not cleaned. Front desk sent fresh towels and sheets to the room, took an hour! So we pay for a stay then have to make our own beds and clean the bathroom. No thanks

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff has that Boston harshness, which isn't terrible but can't give that "attitude" 5 starts. Room was very nice with killer views. Boston in general has all these extra hotel fees which is certainly a bit slimy and annoying. Convenient location.

Wonderful scenery. Facing the harbor. Free airport shuttle available 24 hrs. The restaurant has a wonderful breakfast buffet or order from the menu. Dinner was delicious especially the lobster roll.

Check in wecperience could have been better. Early checkin required but no room ready so promised call when room available. We went out to explore the city and did not receive call at any time. Returned to site later with no knowledge of room was even available yet. Other than front desk staff other staff not all that congenial

Overpriced
Though the room had a beautiful view of the harbor, I was not impressed with the high prices for the mediocre food and beverages in the little restaurant. No pool or hot tub. Workout room small. No information about anything related to the hotel or surrounding area in the room. Guest services not very helpful. Overall, I felt it was very overpriced for what was offered.

View and staff made the difference
The view of Boston Harbor is worth staying here. Right now Boston is crazy due to hotel strikes, taxi strikes, lots of work slowdowns (hopefully by the time this is published things will be back more to normal). During this chaos, the staff went well out of their way to help guests in every possible way. It's one thing to have great service when everything is going well, but it's another to have hotel staff work overtime and relentlessly when understaffed. I was impressed.
