it is kind of off the tracks, we had a car so we had options. I say its OK for a one night stay, people are friendly, give their best. Breakfast was poor, we where glad we couldnt book it online at the end. The real disturbing thing was a smell of chemicals outside of the ventilation which made it to the floors. we would not stay there again.

Room was clean, bathroom was large and clean. Food options were not great. Offered room service, but made us go get the food downstairs. Also it said on the menu that it would be charged to the room, but made us go back and get a credit card. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Only disadvantage is no fridge in the room. I am diabetic and need to keep insulin cold which I found awkward without a fridge. Apart from that, really enjoyed my stay. Nice to be outside of the city centre but only a short distance by public transport to get there.

The property was clean, the breakfast was great, but the staff seemed a little disengaged. I’m a friendly sort of man who smiles at people and is also polite, yet there seemed to be an inability for staff to engage unless spoken to directly and then the response tended to be short and curt (especially day front desk staff). Though when something was requested it was acted upon immediately. Not terrible just could be a little friendlier.

Hotel was lovely. About a 40min bus into the city 20mins or so by taxi. Breakfast was really good. Room had everything you needed but no air conditioning or a fan ect. One window that only opened a tiny bit so as you can imagine it was very hot in the hotel room which made it a nightmare to sleep. It wasn’t that hot whilst we were there, like 19C max during the day. Can imagine how people would be able to sleep during the hotter times.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. We had 2 early mornings before breakfast started and they packed us a to-go bag. The bus stops are close if you want to figure those out, otherwise anything is 20-30 minutes away via taxi which quickly adds up.

Basic hotel, but met our needs
This property is very basic, but it fit our needs. I wouldn’t recommend staying this far outside the city if you’re visiting to see Dublin as the train schedule is not super convenient. But that’s not the hotels fault. The hotel was clean and comfortable enough, but nothing fancy. The staff was definitely the best part. The few times we asked for special assistance they were very accommodating and kind. The bar downstairs was cute and the pizza was good. There’s nothing near the hotel as far as food so the restaurant luckily was good.

Shower/bathroom good, only issue was switch for extractor fan out of reach. Functional, clean room. Online menu for hotel not up to date with prices in restaurant. Food/service fine- pizzas were good value but too filling, a smaller option (on kids menu) would be nice touch.

If you want good wifi dont come here if you want a bucket of ice and dont want to have to buy a bottle of wine dont come here and dont expect a refund if you check out early because your not happy theres no refrigerators in the room and you cant put anything in the hotels fridge they are all around poor service dont stay here its not worth the Aggravation. And its not close to anything completely in the middle of no where i stayed one night and got out of there and went to a way nicer hotel and the hotel i went to the service was way way above and beyond what i would ever expect so as to the aspect DONT EXPECT MUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COST worst hotel i have stayed at in the 6 yrs i have been coming to the beautiful country of Ireland if there was a no star rating i would of gave it for customer service

On arrival we were upgraded to a bigger room which was very clean & comfy. TV had all the channels, Tea & coffee making facilities, fridge freezer, sink etc all you needed. Shower was lovely & hot. The only drawback to the room was that it was very hot, could do with some air conditioning.

The outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff who uniformly are efficient, obliging and exceedingly helpful. The facilities are very good and the restaurant is excellent with interesting and generous meals.
