it is kind of off the tracks, we had a car so we had options. I say its OK for a one night stay, people are friendly, give their best. Breakfast was poor, we where glad we couldnt book it online at the end. The real disturbing thing was a smell of chemicals outside of the ventilation which made it to the floors. we would not stay there again.

For the high price, the breakfast times within the week only till 09:30 AM aren't really practical.

The reception staff were helpful. The only thing I found wanting was the fact that there was no air condition in the rooms. I ended up requesting for a small fan.

The hotel is a out of the city, but the train service is really good and only takes 7 minutes to Heuston station, which is close to the Guinness Storehouse. about 20 minute walk to the very heart of Dublin, or a quick hop and a skip with luas. There's also a free shuttle on the weekends. The rooms are modern, comfortable and large and beds are super comfortable, the staff is super nice and the hotel breakfast is a good buffet with all the expected hot and cold breakfast items.
