"Great property but huge. Staff can get flustered if busy. If you are not in the main ‘tower’ you are out on a limb. Overall a good hotel and walkable from the airport."

"Very convenient location in downtown, easy to get to all the sites by foot or transport. The staff were very friendly especially Janet at the bar who gave some great restaurant and bar recommendations. It was a safe and cosy room to come back to at the end of a winter’s day."
