The front has no entrance on a street level. No valet parking. Staff was dressed like they work at a convenience store. No one offered to help with luggage even though they have men in suits standing at a podium? I liked that I could bring my service dog and no issue. The rooms were clean.

Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. We got to store our luggage at no charge and checked in early. Also requested a microwave for our room and it was delivered in under one minute 😃. Convenience area in the lobby was well stocked. The bar service was okay. Only gripe about our stay is the facilities are outdated. Pleasant staff made up for the lacking facilities over all.

This property met our needs as far as location and walkable to our weekend events. The air conditioning in room was very loud, and even though set for 65 didnt feel cooler than 70.

The property is out dated but clean. A/C didn't work in my room. I'm sure I could have asked for a new one but by the time we realized the room wasn't going to cool down, it was 2am. Staff was very lovely.

We stayed here for about 4 to 5 days. The rooms were clean , Spacious enough for two people, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow & unstable - other than that it was a Wonderful place to stay. It was close to pretty much everything. It was a 2 Block walk to the train station. About a 10 minute walk to Pike market and about a 10-15 minute walk for the monorail to the space needle. The hotel restaurant Offers a great deal on breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. And the portions were pretty large. I definitely will recommend staying here. This hotel is close to a lot Eateries and entertainment!

The room was great but it did not have a fan in the bathroom so it got very hot and steamy. The late night staff (around 2am) was absolutely rude to us. We bought a sandwich and she had a lot of attitude and did not like to do her job. The morning staff was VERY friendly and sweet.

The hotel was in a busy area and the lay out was somewhat confusing to us out of towners. The room was lovely but the parking is a nightmare. Had our car broken into in the parking garage that the hotel has connected to it. This was rather upsetting but not the hotels fault.
