The room condition was good - clean and comfortable beds , bathroom also clean and maintained well. But the amenity for the bathroom and room is not provided enough-like hand soap and indoor slippers. And if you have a car, you have to pay parking fee $49 per night- if you plan to stay longer here, you had better think of another option

Good location & proximity to major sites … but location of hotel lobby was a little confusing — 10 floors above indoor parking/street level … unfortunately only one elevator was operating during our one night stay & the hotel was crowded … I was also a bit disappointed that the indoor parking was not offered at a lower, negotiated rate for hotel guests … I was informed I was responsible for the full $49/day at check in … However, a standard Noontime check out was a nice plus since we had a mid afternoon flight back to CA

Lobby is in the 10th floor of the building. The 2 days we stay in the hotel only one of the 3 was operating. Long time to wait to go up and down. Besides that inconvenience, all was fine.

The location, customer service, and room are excellent walk able to Pike Place Market and waterfront. Don’t walk after 5-6pm bc the homeless problem is awful and feels unsafe. The hotel had 2/3 broken elevators during our entire stay which was terribly inconvenient but hopefully that is resolved now. The room was very comfortable and I would stay again!

My first stay at this hotel
My room was good but we stayed 2 nights we did not get new soap, we didn't get more towels either. We ate at the hotel restaurant and they were out of several foods also that we wanted, also there was only 1 elevator working instead of all 3 it took forever to get on elevator. Breakfast was great even though they ran out of oatmeal, they need more tables to eat on. Customer service was great and very friendly 👍

Still evident that this was a Hilton a little over a month ago. Coast will have a lot of mantainence to keep up with on a very old building. At this point they were up to the task. Workers seemed happy to be here. One said she had been here 20 years.
