Staff was super customer focused. Hotel is very close to the airport. Its a 5 minute walk to the airport bridge and also has a free airport shuttle. The hotel is very clean as well.

Overbooked and was diverted to a different property. But Hilton did pay for my room at a different hotel 10 miles from the airport. The reason I choose this Airport Hilton is because of the proximity to the airport. It takes 30 minutes at 7 am to get back to the airport. Not convenient for weary travelers.

The Hilton hotel overbooked even after I had called prior to my trip to advise them that I would be arriving on September 18 on a late flight and wouldn’t be at the hotel till 1040 when I arrived at the hotel the front desk assistant advised me that they overbooked the hotel and that they would provide for free of charge a different hotel room at La Quinta. Hilton provided me a free Lyft to take us 10 miles to La Quinta and put us up for free, that was very appreciated. However, we were extremely tired and that was an additional 45 minutes very late at night. I was not very happy that the Hilton overbooked even after I made arrangements to not give away my room because of the late hour upon arrival. Hilton management did it anyway which I am not a fan of. I will stay at La Quinta from now on. But I do appreciate the effort.

Front desk and staff was very helpful, even answering questions about taxi for me. Unfortunately we were woken up at 6 am with protesters so sleeping in as planned didn’t happen. Other than that it was perfect
