I had issues with the wifi. All of my devices and my partners devices said we had an unsecured connection when connected to the hotels WiFi. It was how I was handled. When I inquired about the issue, i thought it may have been something I was doing wrong. I talked to three different people to try and get a secure wifi connections. I latter found that the unsecure connection was a known issue. I then was contacted by a text message from the hotel asking how my stay was. I also received an email. I responded to both of them and received no reply to the text they sent or the email. Underwhelmed by the service and I doubt I'll return.

First off - this hotel is in a very shady area that is under construction with no safe parking anywhere near, and the only parking at the hotel is $63/night! Make sure to add that to the price if you’re estimating your trip. Had I known that I would have stayed somewhere nicer. It was okay but staff assigned our room to another party after we’d checked in. Then my key wouldn’t work so they had to fix it. Then as we returned late after our event my key again didn’t work and they said their was no record of our checking in and wouldn’t let us access our room and belongings unless I produced the card I used to check in- which was in the room. Super frustrating

The room had musty smell - the carpets were dirty - had to call for extra towels - the side chair had rips and smelled horrible - and it was stained Not what I expected at all - the area was also infested with drug dealers and people shooting up - there weee junkies seeking the hotel

We did not like the fact that there was no complimentary breakfast like most hotels provide and the cost was over priced for the breakfast buffet. Also didn't like the fact that this hotel had mandatory valet parking which was $63 per day. The lobby was beautiful but the rooms weren't as nice and there was no microwave in the room, you had to go down to the lobby to use one. For as much money as we paid, we expected the rooms to be classier like the lobby was. The 1 restaurant that they had was over crowded and they were short staffed which caused one of the staff members to be irritated with the volume of customers. We sat down for about 20 minutes and no one came to greet us or even talk to us. We left to go out to eat. Disappointed. We won't be going back.

It’s okay
It’s a nice hotel but overpriced. Staff is semi helpful. Only one staff member went out of their way to help. No room service for a hotel of this price and caliber is unacceptable. Not really close to either the waterfront or the space needle. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Its a Very expensive evening parking. Streetparking was confusing and risky as homeless circling. I would NOT recommend unless you pay $45 for an evening parking
