Staff is nice and did a decent job accommodating us. Complaint is coming from the quality of the hotel — hallways feel like an old hotel room for the 80s, carpeted rooms so smells a bit funky, toilet barely flushes, saw some mold in some areas of the hotel room. Not the cleanest hotel for the price & not the most modern. Lots of construction around the area so it was a little hard to locate the hotel itself. Lime i said staff does a decent job of accommodating and friendly but overall quality/cleanliness of the hotel for the price is not recommended. would not stay here again because there are cleaner and modern hotels for the price.

It was a convenient place to stay for one night. However there was Construction in the area. Side walk was closed. There is no self-parking. You had to use valet and it was expensive

Overall the appearance of the hotel was dated. The staff seemed nice but at the end of the day we're not very proactive or helpful. For example, the vent cover on the HVAC unit in my room made horribly loud noise - sounding something like Jacob Marley rattling his chains. I asked the staff if they could have it fixed. They said yes, but when I came back after a long day out it still wasn't repaired. When I asked again they sent the building engineer up to my room. I explained the problem with the vent rattling. Unfortunate, his only solution was to remove it, which would prevent the air from circulating properly, or to leave the heavy side table I placed on top the night before. When I asked him to secure the vent cover, he said that he knew of the problem but was not allowed to properly fixe the unit. We had another problem at checkin between our cruise line that arranged the hotel and the desk staff. Unfortunately, the desk staff kept blaming the cruise line and refused to be proactive with fixing the problem, leaving us to broker the solution beteeen the cruise line and the hotel, which is something the hotel should have fone since they have the contract with the cruise line.

Curtains unhinged at the ends both sides and both sets of windows coffee maker didn’t heat hot enough to draw coffee. Room safe door access wasn’t pointed out but sideways- not wheelchair friendly. Ironing board was mounted incorrectly so the board struck the door when closing. Maybe is each day had been as affordable as lead day ( prices greatly increased from the second to fifth day) I might not have minded. When the room is over 400 a night you expect drinkable coffee instead of tepid dishwater
