Good value, Great location.
This is a very good hotel in a great location. Across the street from the Pike Market and just a few blocks to Westlake Center. I thought the room was small but fine. There is only one slow elevator that housekeeping also shares so there is sometimes a wait. The restaurant was was good and serves dinner late plus there is a free drink coupon issued by the front desk at check in. I would stay here again but just be aware there is noise from the traffic and heavy trucks in the alley behind the hotel.

We asked for cleaning service 3 days in a row to final get it. We asked for a kettle and they brought us one with a moldy teabag in it. The location is great but they don’t have parking and the parking building a block away, is expensive and poorly maintained.

Whenever we come to Seattle (or get stuck there because of a cancelled flight) we stay at this hotel! Each time we stay we have the best service and cannot recommend it more. It’s easy to get to from the airport on the light rail and close to everything you might want to do on vacation!

Quaint retro hotel. It looks somewhat like the Hollywood Tower Hotel !! Luckily we did not have any adventurous elevator rides!

Chic little boutique hotel. Fabulous food in their restaurant and excellent customer service. Awesome location right near Pike Place Market. Rated 3 star for outside area only because if you head due east many homeless/drug addicts along 2nd Ave - easy enough to avoid unless using parking garage.

This will always be one of my favorite places to stay in Seattle. The ambience and kindness of the staff always make me feel right at home. If you are coming to Seattle and are looking to stay somewhere unique and close to various restaurants/activities this is the place.

Convenient for Pike Place market, of course. We did NOT like that the bed was directly under a flashing smoke detector light that woke us up probably a dozen times in the night: does it HAVE to be right over the bed? So bright? We were disappointed that there were no proper coffee or tea options: there were in total 8 pods, but only 5 choices. The tea choices were all flavored: lavender, orange something. No black tea. No kettle with tea pot to do it properly or if you brought your own bags (bring your own - it's always better). The bathroom was a challenge: nowhere to set a toiletries bag: the shelf over the sink was tiny. No dresser or cupboard to set anything down. Lighting over the sinks was dull: could hardly see for make-up or shaving. Overall, we got the notion that whoever laid out this room had never actually stayed in a hotel overnight themselves. Certainly none of the staff who choose the in-room amenities have ever stayed in their own hotel. There were 13 different choices of alcoholic beverage in the fridge, but no proper tea or coffee, and two (2!) tiny pots of creamer. We paid almost $300 for the room and the view out of the window was a back alley onto a rooftop and the other side of the hotel: brick wall and other people's bedrooms. This hotel was not good value for money. Positive: room was clean, so no complaints there. Negative: front desk staff on the day we checked out acted as if they didn't like any other human being in the world.
