Completely unique experience if you have never been to a CitizenM, which we hadn’t. Walked to Seahawks game. Walked to Pike’s market. While pier and activities right there. Great location and experience. Room was super clean.

Everything is so high tech. There’s an I pad that controls everything in the room. Sometimes the iPad didn’t work. Food was good service was good! The check in process was a little weird (like I said everything is high tech)

The hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful when needed. I would say the downfall is that you have to pay $40.00 for 2 for breakfast each day when other hotels include breakfast with the stay at no cost. I loved having my room facing the Waterfront.

Room is definitely smaller than a cruise ship cabin. You have to climb over person your sharing bed with . View is awesome- location perfect- all staff are outstanding especially Maddie check in and check out gentleman. Had to hang out in common areas as we had a late flight but comfortable set up. Ned better food menu and variety

I'm a frequent guest at this hotel. Everything was great as usual, but this time the i pad that controls everything in room went dead on me although it was changing all night. I informed front disk and they said will inform maintenance, but there's been no response.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Cameron was so helpful at check-in, remembered us throughout our stay, and always greeted us with a warm smile, which made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself was such a cool experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the refrigerator drawer was perfect. The only thing I’d mention is that when we went to a nearby store the walk there didn’t feel very safe, and a little heads-up would have helped. Aside from that, everything about our stay was excellent and I would definitely stay at one of their hotels again.

From the moment I walked into the hotel I was pleased. You check yourself in, but someone is there to assist. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. I believe this is considered a 'smart' hotel, but it was user friendly for those of us who are tech challenged. Everything you need is in walking distance. The area appears to be safe. Everything worked and the staff was very responsive.

Room was clean and comfortable. We love the blackout shades and cozy bed book as we always sleep so well here. Staff is attentive and helpful. There were a few issues with our room, which the staff tried to address but were not fixed during our one night stay. No the end of the world, but you can tell some maintenance is needed. The iPad/tv would not connect or work and one of the switches on the wall to raise the blinds was not working at all (we were able to use iPad to raise and lower.) the location to the stadiums and pike place is great and easily walkable

Loved how tech forward this hotel is. It was fascinating to be able to control the lighting, curtains, temperature and even color of lights from an ipad. The only downside to this was having a tough time getting the TV to work from the ipad. So we ended up not being able to use the tv at all. We didnt miss it that much though. The location is walking distance from the pike place market and that definitely kept our attention. There are tons of restaurants in the area. It was a lovely experience.

The room smelled a little like mildew. We had the do not disturb sign on the door the first two days because didn't need the room to be done. Took it off on the third day but no one came to clean or replace towels. Other than that we had a great experience there and staff was super nice.
