The room was very clean and modern. The rooms are very small, a little bigger than on a cruise ship. If you are only there to sleep, it is great. They have a large common area to sit and relax downstairs, with board games, cards, etc and you are encouraged to interect with other guests. A great concept! The breakfast buffet is great and affordable. Eat there, it is more expensive elsewhere! The pillows are fabulous, the bed a little hard. Wonderful location, you can walk almost anywhere in the city. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Seattle.

The room barely fit one person let alone 2 people. Add to this the shower and sink design is terrible. My wife had to climb over me to get to the bathroom. This hotel saved 1 ft in width that makes no sense. Will not go back to this hotel. P.S., they have a very nice bar and breakfast (at a charge).

Great location. Clean modern facilities. Comfortable beds. Rooms are cramped but that is the business model so I won't deduct for that. I do wish they had a few more amenities. If you want a place to sleep and shower at a good rate this is the spot.

Friendly, professional, attentive, staff extremely clean. We will be back! The only issue we had was the outlet didn’t work near the sink. The GFI was bad, so couldn’t blow dry or curl my hair, but was able to improvise.

Called to inform of plane delay and they gave my room away anyway. When I arrived the following morning they had no rooms even though I paid for one starting the day prior. They offered me a room that "won't have a city view, might not have a fridge and might have things that aren't working" or I could wait until the 2pm check in time. We opted to wait for the room we paid for. A manager came up to us 30ish minutes later and told us they had a room ready for us. He made it seem like it was the room type we had booked. It was not. It was a room with no view. Other than that it was in good working order and it did have a fridge. Beyond the booking issues the room was fine. Definitely compact. If you are sharing the room one person gets to climb over the other to get in/out of bed. It is against walls on 3 sides. The shower/toilet is frosted glass and sits in the middle of the space so not 100% private but not really see through. One review described it as a cruise ship room and that's a good comparison. But a really small one. Our cruise room had about 3x the space. :P The location was good. We walked to Lumen and to Pike's. And all in between. Lots of food and drink options nearby. I will say despite the reviews I read the hotel breakfast was unimpressive. Same options of scrambled "eggs" (0 flavor), chicken sausage, bacon and some type of fried potato or vegetable every day. Cereal, breads, and a yogurt bar. Personally I'd skip that and eat in the area.

I had the most amazing stay at citizenM Seattle Pioneer Square. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and spotless everything felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and overall, it’s truly one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I can’t wait to come back
