What we loved: Clean, Safe, Staff, lobby area What we didn’t love: rooms are super cute, but exceptionally small. There’s no way you could have even a full-size suitcase laid out let alone two. While the lobby is a super cute and fun area to hang out in and the bar menu is great, but there’s no staff who come around to serve you.

Great property and location! (5 minute walk to pikes place, the gum wall and only across the road from the boardwalk). Staff are very friendly and the rooms were clean. Rooms are small in nature but very comfortable and loaded with cool tech! Perfect for couples who want a getaway. 10/10 would stay again. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Seattle yet.

We love staying here when we go to Mariners games. It's super walkable to the park. Right on the water, great views from rooms. The bar in the hotel is super convenient. Staff is great, nice and clean. Rooms are unique and fun.

This was an excellent experience from the start. We hopped on the train at the airport and walked just a few blocks to the hotel. Staff were super friendly, everything was clean. The hotel room was cozy and fun with all the smart room elements. We had had an amazing 9th floor view, right over pier 50. We walked and took bikes and scooters most of the time- Anthony’s Pikes Place, Chihuly Gardens (the best museum experience since seeing Matisse in DC!), Freemont. Breakfast buffet was really good, including a latte, and they didn’t charge me for my 11 year-old’s breakfast. My kid loved the hot chocolate they made and they provided umbrellas for us as well! Highly recommend!

The area tended to be a bit loud and the rooms aren't well insulated for sound. But the stay was amazing and breakfast was delicious if slightly on the pricy side. Location is good for accessing the waterfront and if you got an ocean view room the views are great. I would stay again if the opportunity comes up.

Loved this property. CitizenM/Pioneer Square is located 3 short blocks from the light rail and about six blocks from the stadiums. We were in town for the Mariners Opening Day game and this was the perfect base. Our room faced the water and the ferry terminal. So fun to have a coffee in bed and watch the activity! The room is super small, (it reminded me of places we have stayed in Europe) but it had everything we needed, was very clean and the employees were all super friendly. We had a drink in the bar before the game along with complimentary CornNuts…haven’t had those in years. Will stay here again.

Great spot close to everything. Lumen Fields, Pike place, everything was in walking distance. The only downside is no guest parking. Other than that, worth the stay.
