Loved the hotel. The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the control for the blackout curtain was bad. You had to press the button twice to get it to move 1 centimeter at a time. It literally took 20 minutes to close the curtain.

Be prepared to have a badly malfunctioning room if the hotel is full. Everything in the room works on a cloud-based app, so when everyone is on, the blinds may not work, the themes may randomly reset in the room and the air/heat may go haywire. But, probably the worst thing? Management doesn't seem to care about "making things right" when people have a bad experience.
