The transportation to and from Airport is 24 hours every 20 minutes. Cool for late flights. Some of the front counter staff are a little snobbish.

The front desk staff were very kind. The rooms haven’t been updated since the 1970s and smell like cigarettes. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned all the way, hair on the floor and in the shower. The door bolt was cracked and honestly I’d think if someone pushed with enough force the door would swing open.

They didn’t have the room for me I was supposed to get so I was but in a room in the 5th floor that I had to take 2 separate elevators to get to Then the room jar ton curtains and overall poor shape

Freezing!
The room was very clean and well kept. The problem was the heater in the room was very loud and there was hardly any heat coming out of it. I was going to ask for another room but my plane landed after midnight and I was exhausted. I just shut the heater off and add another blanket onto the other Queen bed. The next morning, the room was 58 degrees.

It’s a total mess
Worse experience: I was given a room with someone already occupying the room—total embarrassment! Leaking ceilings and elevators —musty smell in hallways and throughout the building—this hotel is falling apart! Ceiling has major hole over ice machine I want a refund
