It was very nice, up to date, and extremely clean and cared for. The staff was all friendly and helpful. We felt safe walking around the hotel within about 2 blocks at night even.

The hotel was clean and in a great area. Unfortunately the room was very warm and stagnant feeling. I kept trying to cool it down but the system kept going back to an automatic setting and the front desk didn’t have much of a response. As well there’s no microwave in the room so it was annoying to have to walk or go to another floor for both a microwave and or ice/ water. The vending machine had absolutely nothing in it.

Poor check-in
Got an email 2 hours before arranged check-in time stating our room was ready. We still showed up at the arranged check-in time since that was what we planned. Upon arrival, our room was not ready, despite mentioning we had received an email two hours earlier stating it was. The room remained available for another hour past when it was supposed to. We were offered zero compensation except an offer to hold our luggage for us.
