The entire staff, including the front desk, bar staff, cleaning crew, and restaurant personnel, was friendly, kind, helpful, and flexible, which made our stay a very positive experience. Mr. A. Hernandez at the front door was particularly helpful and recommended a fantastic pizza place to satisfy our late-night cravings. Stuart, our bartender, was friendly and had a great sense of humor. We will return.

This was perhaps the absolute best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve ever seen at a hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was fantastic. It was quiet, spacious, and clean. The restaurants attached to the hotel were absolutely amazing themselves. Very reasonably priced, especially considering the amount and quality of food you get. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and this property.

Really great property. In the heart of everything and walkable to a Lumen Field. Excellent staff and the room was beautifully adorned. Only criticism was the valet parking. The young men were great, but it looks like the cars are parked quite a ways away. I would advise calling down to them about 30 minutes. I had to let them know you want your car because it takes at least 20 minutes to get it.

I’d booked an accessible queen room, just for the extra square feet. When we checked in, she offered to upgrade us to a corner room on the top floor! Great view of Westlake. We’ve stayed here before for a city getaway, and will again.
