Fire alarm rang on our floor at 10.15am for no reason Ventilation made a hissing sound all night, probably the fan needs replaced No tv guide on the app or tv, good luck finding out what’s on… Room is fine, super clean and modern, but the glass as bathroom separation lacks privacy Great for singles, lacks comfort and coziness for a couple

Super staff!
After a canceled flight, we arrived close to midnight, but Jen made our check-in effortless with her friendly, fun energy. She welcomed us into the warm, chic lobby, where we enjoyed a cocktail, and we were quickly settled in. Our stay was perfect—the beds were comfortable, and while the rooms were small as expected, they were impeccably clean. Drew checked us out and was a cheerful bookend to our two-night stay in Seattle.

This place was rough. No table, chairs, or any where to sit in your room. The only way on the bed was to literally climb up it. No side tables. The bed takes up her whole room, wall to wall, and the bathroom is in the middle with frosted glass walls so you can see in. No fans, no air flow. It looked pretty and modern but was terrible.
