Not a hotel just night sleep over is fine. No Staff available after hours.
DISGUSTING!
Last minute desperation booking 30mins before arrival. It is dirty. Rotten furniture. Terrible condition throughout. No towels. I honestly wouldn’t expect anyone to ever stay here. I wouldn’t stay here again, even if you paid me.
People seemed nice enough tho.

I was waiting outside in the cold for an hour as the main door was locked when I arrived and no one was there. I called the number on the door a few times but no one answered. Eventually a drunk/high person stumbled up to me with a key for my room. I was terrified but had no other option at this point. Room STANK of mold, looked less appealing than a prison cell, just the worst room I’ve ever seen in my life. The person in the room next to me was blasting music /talking loudly on the phone all night long. I didn’t sleep because I was too scared I would get mugged.
Could not have left any quicker in the morning.
Pros: friendly staff, near LHR
Mid: nearest bus is 10 min walk
Cons: Rooms need : cleaner towels, 1 extra pillow, clean bedding (all were worn), ideally a lamp and mirror. Heating never came on. No aircon.
The bathrooms are not clean, but they are communal. There are cleaning products out on the side but the immigrant/transit travellers who stay there have dubious hygiene. Toilet was left with bog roll in, floor v wet after bathing. Bring a fistful of disinfectant wipes, feet covers for shower and earplugs.
Worst place i have ever stayed. Room was dirty, bedding was dirty, shower was filthy, no hot water for shower no tea or ciffee no towels tv didnt work and that was just the furst room. Got moved to another room that was even worse. Was told the owner would send vat receipt, not received. Ive tried contacting many times to no avail. Absolutely will never use this place again. If only i could give less than 1 star.

We were shown to the room by a scruffy individual who disappeared PDQ
We stood in that room in disbelief
Quite uncomprehending what disgusting site we were in
There was nothing in the bathroom , no soap or toilet tissue just manky porcelain
The bed was on a broken divan and fell apart when I touched it
By this time my wife was freaking out and we exited at top speed
Only to stop and tell the scruff at the bar what a Sh***hole the place was
We managed to get a room at Premier
It was a last minute booking paid for at the time of booking on the Expedia App- we had just got off a long haul flight! We arrived at the “hotel”,
No one answered the phone no one answered the door. There were no lights on.
We were stranded with no transport in the dark with no other option than to get an Uber costing a further £60 to find an alternative accommodation To say I am disappointed understatement

Room without any amenities, such as kettle and a broken window which didn't open neither close, but turned the room cold and windy...
I have never been to a place like this nor do I ever wish again the place was dirty the room had and old cup who knows how long it was there the bedsheets had orange stains you have to share bathroom and shower with other guests they had the dirtiest towel in there would not recommend going! When trying to checkout no one was there called like 3 different numbers no one answered had to email them
When we arrived at the hotel everything was closed down and we dit not manage to get access to the premises. Repeated phone calls to the establishment was not answered to. Another guest tried to help us getting in contact with the proprietor, but to no avail and we had to find other accomodation nearby. According to the proprietor of this other accomodation ours was not an unusual experience.
Honestly not a hotel or even a hostel , the room repainted with hate a lot of smoke on the walls sheets were stained no bin or kettle not talking about cups. No space to add your clothes or let’s say not even toilet paper. The tv was for show only. No hot water in the room shower only on the shared bathroom floor. As a necessity for homeless people is ok but not for travel.If you need a towel better ask, otherwise you don’t get
I didn’t like anything about the property it absolutely disgusting in every way it smelt dirty and was filthy everywhere was the worst place I’ve ever booked and obviously didn’t stay there . I spoke with the owner about getting my money back and had no help whatsoever as I booked theough a third party , this hovel needs to be totally renovated or demolished , I will be chasing to recoup my funds that I spent here as had no help from the owners and the management this place was a complete health hazard , there was a flood and the laminate floors were sodden and could hardly open the door , STEER VERY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE …..
