I rented 4 lofts, the family had no complaints & love the high ceiling & roominess. It seems a few things that could go wrong just happened to mine. 1: One of the card keys stopped working so I had to get it replaced, Since the new one’s codes are different, the other card has to be replaced also. The cards are very used cardboard type, since it shows age, I wonder how they sanitize them before giving them to the new customers. 2: The sink drain has to be unclogged. 3: The shower glass door went off panel (railing), it was not possible for me to put it back. Luckily my husband was able to do it. Otherwise, it would be very troublesome for me to take a shower. 4: The 2nd day, upon our return from shopping in the afternoon, the dishwasher was still running, it didn’t do a proper job. All the staff were very polite & honest.

Great location near Ocean Cruise dock 46...easy walk even with suitcases. A/C would go off randomly. Might have been motion activated. Loved having a kitchen with every thing we needed.

This hotel is walking distance to the cruise port. Rooms were very large and clean. Loved the reception/cafe downstairs. On site laundry was great!!!!! Reese the evening manager was awesome.

Do not book this hotel! I'm not sure how and why they have such high ratings. The hotel is smelly, dirty, and poorly maintained. Our room had such a strong moldy smell that we couldn't spend the night there. Based on the hotel reaction they were well aware of the problem. They booked us a much lower-quality room at a different hotel. Our family stayed at the hotel as well and while their rooms didn't smell as bad, they were all smelly and dirty. I've never seen such a difference between the rankings and reviews and the actual experience. Either the hotel is poorly maintained and changed over time or something very strange is going on.
