The staff was incredible! I needed to check in early and check-out late due to my son's wedding at Wychmere Club House and they were excellent in trying to accommodate this special request. The GM Peter Patel was outstanding!! He made us feel welcomed and provided wonderful references to us. We would love to return and stay longer than what we did on Labor Day weekend. My partner and I were happily surprised with our stay. She noted that the only thing that needed attention was to add shelves in the bathroom to accommodate toothbrushes, hairbrushes, etc. The room and entire property was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and even though the place was packed on our second night, it was quiet. The full breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We highly recommend this very good deal on The Cape.

Nice place.

Clean. Friendly staff. TV reception wasn't great on some channels. Desk chair was broken - wouldn't go up or down. Nice bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location.

Loud beds

The room was fine the only issue is the beds all have 100% metal frames, every time you move or get out of bed especially in the middle of the night it sounds like a thunderstorm. They also stick out too much and you tend to bang you leg against them. Mattress is comfortable but frames are terrible

The hotel was clean and safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful. The beds were soft and comfortable. We loved the pools especially the indoor pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay there again.
