Close to Disney parks, hot tubs are amazing. Our room was very quiet on the 3rd floor facing south. We had a car, it seemed everything we needed was very close. Starbucks on the way to parks. Check-in very fast and the staff was professional, same on checkout.

Great value for a couple or a family
We stayed here for 3 weeks arriving just before hurricane Milton we felt safe and looked after. It was very reassuring knowing there was someone in Reception 24 hours a day during this worrying time. It is very clean and comfy beds great cooking facilities we have stayed here about a dozen times over many years

The entire process from check in to check out was great. The staff was very professional, and welcoming. The property was very clean and the landscaping was well kept, the pictures online doesn't do the property any justice, it's a very beautiful property, I will definitely return and recommend to friends and family, our time there was amazing 👏.

Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly and nice. They do ask if you'd like to do a presentation but there was no pressure. Second stay and was it was great. Only thing was the beds were a bit hard but otherwise great stay.

Beautiful hidden gem. Staff were always friendly. Excellent facilities in the suites, and we got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom king suite without asking. Housekeeping called Wednesday and Sunday and made up beds which was an unanticipated treat, plus cleared all bins and replenished all towels, and kitchen provisions. Couldn't fault this resort hotel, and we have siad we would not hesitate in coming back. Excellent central location in Kissimmee and perfect for easy reach to all things Disney! Only 12 -17 min drive to parks, depending which one you choose. No complaints at all.
