Ten guests can sleep comfortably in the home, which has five private, designer-decorated bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Groovy! Featuring retro decor and colorful wallpaper, this ground-floor room has a queen-size bed and a bathroom just outside the door.

Bedroom 2: Star Wars fans will love this one! Feel like you’ve flown into outer space with characters like C3PO and R2D2, Star Wars bean bags, and a huge wall mural. The force is definitely with this room, which includes full-size bunk beds and a lower bunk futon, directly across from a large bathroom with double sinks and a soaking tub.

Bedroom 3: Let it go, let it go! Let the little ones channel their inner Elsa and Anna in this Frozen-themed bedroom. In addition to princess-worthy canopies and glittering silver furniture, this wintry wonderland room has three twin-size beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom with a soaking tub.

Bedroom 4: Boho-inspired suite with a queen-size bed, a unique hanging chair, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub shower combination.

Bedroom 5: Grown-ups, this is your private oasis. The master suite includes a luxurious king-size canopy bed, desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a separate water closet, double sinks, and an oversized shower.

Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor, and the other four bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor. Every bedroom includes a Samsung 4K smart TV and plenty of space to unpack.

You’ll find beautiful high-end fixtures in the bathrooms, marble countertops, and sleek tile work. We provide fluffy towels, toiletries, and hair dryers for your convenience.

Spend less time searching for restaurants and more time at the parks! With our convenient, modern kitchen, you can whip up your family favorites at any time of day. The kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher) and stylish white cabinets stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and essentials like condiments, oils, and spices.

With plenty of counter space, including a kitchen island, making something delicious (or setting out an ice cream buffet!) is effortless. Pull up a stool at the island or savor a meal in style at the dining table, which has chairs for 6.

Or, indulge in some family fun (and cool off in the air-conditioned breezes!) in the home theater room, which boasts a massive 86-inch Samsung 4K smart TV, blockbuster movie posters, a popcorn cart, and cinema-style seating. Log into your accounts to stream your favorite shows or movies on Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and more.

Would you rather get in on the action than watch it on TV? Head to the private ESPN-themed game room for a family foosball tournament or an adults-versus-kids air hockey match. There’s also a ping pong table and a 2-person basketball game where you can channel your inner Lebron James. Bring matching family jerseys for extra fun!

▶ OUTSIDE

Take advantage of that beautiful Florida weather on your very own patio with a private pool and hot tub. Enjoy breakfast at the outdoor dining table as the sun rises or wind down with a cold beverage after a fun-filled day at the parks. The pool deck has a couple of chaise lounge chairs, a seating area with a fire pit, and an umbrella for our guests to enjoy, and the grass beyond the deck is a perfect spot for impromptu games of tag.

▶ POOL ALARM:

The sliding doors leading to the patio area are equipped with a safe pool alarm system. When doors are opened, the alarm will sound if the delay button is not pressed.

Press the alarm delay button on the wall next to the doors before each entry and exit. The unit will then reset automatically to resume protection.

Pool alarms are required by law under Chapter 515.33 of the Residential Swimming Pool Safty Act: These devices save children's lives. Tampering with or disconnecting pool alarms is a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable by a $5,000 fine or one year in jail.

POOL HEAT is offered at $40/day and must be heated for at least two nights. Please request pool heat no later than two days before check-in to heat the pool adequately.

COVID-19 CLEANLINESS MEASURES:

We’re following an enhanced cleaning and sanitization routine based on CDC guidance. This protocol was developed in partnership with Ecolab, a global leader in cleaning and hygiene technologies, and was approved by Dr. Vivek Murthy, former US Surgeon General. Additionally, our cleaning crew has received CDC compliance training and certification. After each group checks out we’re deep cleaning every corner of the house and sanitizing all floors, linens, kitchen countertops, and high-touch surfaces using peroxide, ammonia, and alcohol-based Ecolab professional cleaning products for your comfort and peace of mind.

Security: Encore community has security guards on-site, and only registered guests can access the community.

Surveillance Device Disclosure: The security camera is pointed at the driveway. There are no devices inside the home.

Maximum Occupancy: Our maximum occupancy of 15 guests includes day visitors. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed at the house.
