Nice and clean rooms. Didnt like that they didnt offer continental breakfast and the breakfast we bout at the cafe wasn't all that good. But the stay and rooms were great!

Overall stay was great, it was quiet. Outside seems a little outdated, inside does look recently updated/painted, shower drains need some fixing and better cleaning, but overall was a great stay. Staff was great (only had two interaction with 2 different people but both were great.)

I have stayed here multiple times over the summer and have never had a problem. This last trip was my 4 year old a 12 and 13 year old and myself. We had a knock at the door at 7 a.m. I didn't move. I was scared. They knocked again at 850 a.m. This time I jumped up and ran to the window and a man was walking away from our door. Even more scared now I let the lady at the front desk know before we went to Universal for the day and asked when we returned and the other lady had no idea what I was talking about. This was part of a 2-day trip and we were offered to move to a new room but didn't want to go through the hassle. I just wanted the man identified.

It was a wonderful experience at this place. Walkable to universal, good Indian , Chinese & Thai restaurant on property. Many places to eat around . Nice roooms and good service . Very fast on-boarding and express check out . Nice pool to cool down in evening.

This is what I consider a motel not a hotel and they are very careful to hide that fact. The one exterior picture they show doesn’t show entry doors to rooms. Normally, maybe this isn’t a big deal, until a drunk psychopath tries to kick down the door of the room next to yours to do who knows what to his girlfriend at 4am, which is exactly what happened to me and my family. We were on the ground floor, exposed to the parking lot and did not feel very safe. Called security and this still went on for 20 minutes until finally calling 911 because security either wasn’t showing up or wasn’t doing anything. This guy was shaking the whole building, donkey kicking the door as hard as he could and screaming “open the ****-ing door” as loud as he could, yet no security. Cops finally showed up and interrogated this guy and his girlfriend right outside my door for 3 hours until finally arresting him. Why it took that long I have no idea, but after being at the parks until 11pm and getting woken up at 4am and dealing with this until 7am, I packed my family up and left once he was in handcuffs. So I got 5 hours of room use, minimal sleep and the staff couldn’t have cared less. Said it was out of their control which is true, but seriously, have some customer service. My family was scared for their lives, security never showed up, and they never assisted or checked on any of us to make sure we were ok. Pathetic. Oh yeah, and the water got shut off at night for repairs.
