All the cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience. In this open floor plan, step into the great room where you will find a lovely formal dinning area with seating up to 6 guests. Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Poor location - needs major cleaning and updating
We have stayed at Storey Lake 3 other times with this being our 4th. The bad: -Location location location. Its located very close to a highway and the walls/windows are thin. Plan on waking up early due to noise of morning commuters, people starting their cars in the AM (parking lot right in front of unit), people talking loud at night outside, etc. You will be woken up several times and remember, you are on vacation - more sleep always needed when going to the theme parks. -Toilet seats are broken. Simple repairs that were requested and never followed up on -Lack of towels. You'll have to bring a few of your own. I requested more (we had 8 of us) and they responded that the proper allotment of towels were in the property. Proper allotment? Who defines that? Having an 6 extra towels at about $10 each available to the guests I guess was too much to ask.. -Cheap quality (and I mean cheap - the lowest quality you can imagine) for pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. Toaster did not work - I mean come on, replace the toaster with a quality one, what do they cost, maybe $50 for a nice one? -Mold smell in upstairs bedrooms and semen smell in master? Can we clean the comforters monthly? Can we clean the rooms better? -Low water pressure upstairs. Be prepared to take a long shower. The downstairs one is better. - Air vents throughout the whole place are caked with dust. -Pool area chairs/table are all rusted on the bottom. Not a big deal to look at and functional, but try not to step on flaked rust pieces with bare foot when walking around the pool. I feel like this place while very nicely appointed, is poor quality. You can spend the same money and get a nicer place - cheap and dirty would best describe this place. If it were mine, I would drop about $2500 into it to make some quality upgrades to make the place more enjoyable. Everything in the unit is as cheap as you can get. Don't forget about the noise. Very loud!

first property owner would not respond before arriving about getting a refund for pool heat and pool did not feel heated.. overall property was a nice stay except Pool light does not work, comforters has stains all over them, ants all in the couch and in the kitchen. easy access to get in

Overall our experience was great the location and the house. The real down fall was the loudness of the neighbors. They were playing music and yelling and parting really loudly. Our kids had trouble sleeping because of the music. Other neighbors started the music and partying the next morning it seemed to me more during the weekend. Other then that the pool and the place was great. My only other issue would be maybe leave some of the extra from other renters. Things like salt and pepper, coffee filters, extra laundry detergent, paper towels etc.

Clean, convenient, but there were some issues.
There were a few issues. The listing advertised a double bed and a twin bed in two of the bedroom, but there were two twin beds instead. So the property really only sleeps 8 in actual beds. There were two or three twin mattresses that were under the twin bed but not enough floor space to use in those bedrooms. We ended up throwing the mattresses in the floor of the king bedroom. May not work for everyone. The cable box did not work in one of the bedrooms. One lamp did not work and another had a cord whose wiring was uncovered. The light for the splash pool was not working. There was an area in the kitchen island that appeared to have had an electrical issue in the past and there was what appeared to be charing there. The lazy river and slides were not working the day we went to the pool. The place is close to Disney. It did cost seven dollars to play putt putt so we passed on that. The pool is a long walk from this particular unit.

Good property for families but needs few fixings
Rented this property for a week to stay with the family. First thing we arrived the property had a putrid smell due to garbage dump in the entrance, floors were still wet from housekeeping maintenance. Property overall is Big for families. It’s OK , has a great pool, the main room bed has a hard bumpy mattress making it hard to rest, Kids rooms were good, lower room has an ok mattress. Kitchen is clean and nice, laundry room is awful! Makes the whole house rumble. Extremely noisy, doing laundry was a hassle. Last day at check out, 10:05am was loading my car with the last of my belongings; door was open and housekeeping came in the house. I asked who she was and she introduced herself. Went up the stairs, collected the towels while my stuff is still in the room. Because of the rush to leave I left a belonging behind. The property overall is Ok. But the laundry room noise has got to get fixed!

More than we expected!
We know we needed extra rooms for visitors during the vacation, the house is equipped with everything we need. Some neighbors were a bit noise at times but it is expected as everyone is enjoying their holiday. Overall it is a pleasant stay and will come again.

Spacious & modern home, never going to stay at a hotel again!
Exactly as described. Great waterpark area. Gated and guarded neighborhood felt safe and secure. Very efficient kitchen and functional layout. Cleanest vacation rental ever, soft towels and comfy beds and pillows and big closets with hangers. Would stay again.
