You'll be a one-block walk from Oceanside's famous white sand beach, half a mile from The Strand, and less than one mile north of Oceanside Pier, the Sunset Market, and the California Surf Museum. Thanks to its incredibly convenient location just one mile south of Camp Pendleton, this resort-style condo will show you the best of Oceanside. Pack up your snacks and beach towels and spend the day exploring more than three miles of sandy beach, which you'll find within a one-block walk. You can also hop in the car to surf at San Onofre State Beach 21 miles north or take a trip back through time at the historic Mission San Luis Rey five miles east. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
