Was given the wrong key twice before I could actually get into my room. Other guests had the same issue. Was also too noisy to sleep.

Awful experience from the very start. Arrived at airport and called for a shuttle pick up and they told us they couldn’t find the reservation. Stayed on hold for 10 minutes and still nothing. Called back 15 minutes later after double checking with hotels.com and they still couldn’t find the reservation. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager was able to find the reservation in less than a minute. Having worked at hotels for many years, it’s completely unacceptable to not train your front desk to be able to find reservations. Wasn’t given any kind of apology or acknowledgment. The rooms were below average and nothing about the service was anything above mediocre. Won’t even bother getting into the 350$ incidental deposit.

Ads say with Breakfasts but the Hotel said not included with our Payment. We were embarrassed by the Reception when trying to avail this. The ads deceived us for this. Not happy with our experience. The only good thing about this Hotel is the Airport Transfer. The driver is nice.

Although I paid for a deluxe room, we had only 1 bottle water, one garbage can, no frig. So really didn't meet the deluxe standard I am used to in a better chain of hotels such as thos one. My deposit fee $350 was charged twice. Beds were comfortable.

I did not like that the ice machines were missing or not working on the floors. It reeked of weed. I had to go downstair and wait in the check in line with my mothers diabetes medication. I asked them to put two small icepacks in their freezer for next day travel they refused and told me I could get ice from the bar. The bar was busy and I would have had to wait again to get ice. Sheraton should be ashamed to have their name on this type of operation.

Very hard to get a hold of staff late night for shuttle information. Took 6 tries at the hotel with no answer, an hour later the shuttle shows up at airport very inconvenient for travelers with children waiting. Finally when got to hotel one 1 front desk staff to checkin a long line of people. Bathroom shower does not work well, spout coming out of wall and hard to pull up lever for shower. Slight odor in room when entering upon arrival. Not impressed with room but lobby looked clean

Charging hotel customers $55.00 per day if absolutely insane especially for such a dated and run down hotel. No refrigerator in the room, the bathtub spout was hanging together with caulk. Just an expensive stay for such an old, thin walled hotel in the heart of LAX. Never again
