The hotel was in a great location and comfortable but not luxurious. The decor and carpet are getting worn in areas and they provide just enough towels and pillows for the number staying, no extras. The jacuzzi was not in service and required swimming caps to use the pool. Provides a good variety at breakfast but quality is good, not great. Front desk made an error when taking our card for incidentals but very pleasant and helpful when we asked them to fix it and needed taxis.

We loved the location, the room was clean and well appointed and quite large - a plus! The only point I would make is if the front desk staff can explain that when leaving via the parking garage that the pass they validate is only a portion of the fee. There were a string of cars at the gate all with the same hiccup of not understanding they had to pay and the chap in the booth said ‘this happens all the time’ … Otherwise, had a wonderful time in your property and in Cork. The property is dated! However Staff is very and helpful! There is on sight rest and bar! The free breakfast is well worth it! I’m traveling from USA w adult children. Walking distance to town, shops,restaurants and many many pubs! Over all I would rec to my family and friends.

Great hotel
The hotel is beautiful and has a fantastic restaurant. The staff are incredible. There is parking below the hotel and they give you a discounted price for parking. The outside area around the hotel has some questionable characters but they’re easy to avoid.
