The only thing that was unpleasant I had called to put my sister on room because she came before me. And they would not let her in. She called me and I was on plane and they were calling to discontinue cell use. But they finally let her in

The property is very clean and very nice. You need a key card to enter all enterances, stair wells and elevators for every person.. Which I really liked because it felt safe! It was in the heart of san francisco close to transportation, which we enjoyed as well. Only Complaints would be the room was really small and I was very surprised after speaking with someone we had a cancelled flight and came in the next day and left our last day at 1am and we still had to pay for those two days which kind of sucked but oh well. The food there and restaurant is really expensive.. But the breakfast buffet was really good. Over all, it was a good experience and I do highly recommend this hotel.
