I stayed 3 nights in November 12 to 15 everything was perfect clean room the hotel has a restaurant, a first aid machine, I highly recommend it everything is close. Just a detail the breakfast is not included but the prices are very good 👍

Rooms are clean and in excellent condition. The water is always hot. Breakfast is way overpriced. Parking $50/per day is way too much. Rooms are also quiet with a good view of the city, but parking fees are a killer here

Perfect San Fran hotel
This was a lovely hotel that is walking distance to Chinatown and Japantown. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The customer service was fantastic and they kept a security guard by the elevators. It was an easy spot to get an Uber. The surrounding area was safe and clean. Its was a great stay.

Nice holiday inn in the middle of SF. Booked the room through hotels.com, but the holiday inn trouble accessing the correct reservation, which caused the bill to be incorrect. I would recommend booking through Holiday Inn and not this website.
