Room was clean and nice but I was in an awful room in the corner by the stairwell. You could hear everything. People walking and closing the outside door. I had a child who couldn’t sleep to well because how loud it was.

L’hôtel est terrible, on n’a pas dormi toute la nuit à cause du bruit par-dessus, on entendait les pas comme si ça allait tomber sur nous, y’avait des enfants qui couraient jusqu’à 1h du matin et se sont réveillés à 6h du matin. Et en plus du bruit insupportable, y’avait des vibrations dans la chambre qui accompagnaient le bruit, c’était invivable!!! Et quand j’ai réclamé à la réception, ils m’ont dit qu’ils allaient appeler les gens qui étaient au-dessus de notre chambre, et ça n’avait fait qu’empirer!! Au matin, quand j’ai réclamé à la réception, ils m’ont juste dit « we’re sorry! »

The whole hotel smelled like smoke. I passed several other guests during my stay there who smelled like they hadn’t showered in a month. The first morning we were woken up by extremely loud maintenance noises next door, around 7am. The next morning the paper thin walls could not hid the noise of a couple next door (who tried to cover the sound with very loud music). This was 8am. Asked for room service around 10am at the front desk, who told us they couldn’t accommodate because we had to ask before 8am.

The hotel is old. It appears there is some restoration in progress. I am sure they are aware of the hotel's condition. At least the staffs were courteous and professional.
