For the night we stayed it was very comfortable. Shame though restaurant no longer offer evening meals. However breakfast very good

Nice little home from home. Situated in good area for University, bars, restaurants etc, though in a quiet little niche. Staff could not be more helpful. Great breakfast. We will be back.

Needs improvement

Bathroom fixtures very tired - shower in particular barely functional ie temperature control loose and difficult to adjust, drain area discoloured etc. Paintwork round door handles was grubby as was carpet, chair fabric. Staff were friendly and breakfast nice but not worth extra money given worn condition of room.

Not a fabulous breakfast

This hotel suited me location wise hence my choice. There was ample parking, staff were lovely and grounds really nice but my room (7) is in need of a little TLC and unfortunately my experience of breakfast was not as the reviews said "fabulous" just about everything was over cooked and dry and sadly underwhelming.

Nice and cosy - decor is a little dated, but it was a comfortable stay and the room was quiet and warm. (Autumn time visit). In easy walking distance of Headingley and bus routes to central Leeds. Staff were a joy to talk to and were very friendly. Breakfast was great for troupers who like a hearty traditional English fry up.

it was very friendly and quiet and the bedroom was comfortable and lovely trees outside. staff ALL kind and friendly. Only slight criticism was for scrambled egg and tomato at breakfast, but other items were okay. Thank you for nice stay in Leeds
