Staff very helpful, ideal location, major road and pavement work by council. Very cheap as deal did not include breakfast or dinner. Room very clean yet dated, windows need a revamp or replacing, but great sunrise in morning.

Another super two night stay at the Burlington, Comfortable, quiet, etc, etc....... Right on the front, promenade is literally across the road! Then walk your buffet breakfast off, The town centre is being paved/pedestrianised, when completed it will be very pleasant.

We had a wonderful two night stay in a room over looking the sea. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and warm. Without exception, all of the staff we met were friendly, polite, engaging and helpful. Dogs are welcome and on site parking was easy and affordable though spaces are limited, first come, first served. We shall be back. Thank you, all.

I stayed here for ten day and in that time my and bedding and my bathroom wasn’t done once ! I had to ask for clean towels and for the used one taken away and with that all they did was to throw the clean towels on the bed and put a extra toilet paper in the bathroom and take the used towels away!! Not happy with that 👎
