Amazing property, walkable location but one fly in the ointment is there is no air conditioning/hvac, wish I had known that the rooms are abnormally warm (in October) our thermostat said 26 degrees with baseboard heat and opening a window your only options. We had all the window s open but then of course we were listening to a lot of loud street noise, and for some reason still quite warm, I didn’t sleep much at all. But as long as you don’t mind it being quite warm this would be a great option, very spacious.

We had an amazing time at The Parkside. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite for no extra cost without asking for it and our every need was met with helpfulness. I have stayed at the Parkside on two previous occasions and it was amazing.

By far the best hotel I’ve ever been to, beautiful and well maintained inside and out. Our suite had a massive balcony overlooking the city. The pool was huge and the kids loved it. Will be back!

I had a fantastic experience but for one thing. I left some jewelry behind and when I called the front desk, I expected that they would make arrangements to find it and return it to me. Instead, they directed me towards housekeeping. I found that to be unacceptable I expect concierge service even after I have left the building.

Location is great. South facing meant beautiful sun came through the windows (that needed cleaning) of our two bedroom suite. Unit needs updating, kitchen cabinets were old & worn. Furniture in living area very uncomfortable as were dining room chairs. Table & chairs are way too big & bulky for the space. Light fixture over the dining table not on a dimmer so cafeteria like. We would return but would request a different suite.

Loved the suite layout, huge pool and landscaping and ponds were lovely. Very clean, except thr area rug and sofa needed a deep clean. Great service by room staff as checked in twice during our stay and were lovely. Locked parking also great and was included in our package.
