Very upscale for a reasonable rate. VERY professional, fast, and friendly staff. Welcoming environment, even at 4:00AM! Handled every need and question I had quickly and above board, thanks you guys! Also, the property amenities and Guest experience were EXTREMELY WELL thought out. AND, they conserve energy, water, space, and cut back on waste with the dorm-type rooms that share the bathrooms. All the while maintaining comfort and a luxury-type and fun environment for the Guests. They even have a library of novels with noted great authors who are part of the area's history you can download from! AMAZING. For a GREAT rate!

Another excellent stay - 10/10
This was our second time staying at the Revolution Hotel. The service was excellent - just like our previous visit. Communication with hotel staff is done via text message on your phone or at the front desk. Room cleaning is on request. The shared bathrooms are always very clean and well looked after. For rooms which are using the shared bathrooms, the hotel provides a bag to hold your towels, as well as slippers and a great bath robe. Overall a great exprience with very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is actually quite nice as are the staff. The rooms are very small. The first room I booked didn't have a bathroom attached and I had to walk down the hall. I didn't realize this when booking, so make sure you don't make this mistake when booking. They did move my room for a fee, and the next room had a bathroom, but these rooms were very very small. the 2 of us could barely move around in them, and if someone is at the sink, and someone is exiting the bathroom, the door literally slices over the sink so you will hit the person using it. The bed was on a platform so you can put your luggage under it, and a good thing as the bed takes up 50% of the room space. I am not a large person and It was pretty tight for me.

I’ve stay here in the past. So I no was surprised there was a $75 fee hold upon check in. For amenities of which there are none . Nothing Nada. Not even water in the room. Or a vessel to carry water to the room . So hold $75 for ?……..will rethink it any future stay. But am finding this US “ norm , annoying. Not common in europe where I live.

Great price in a great location for minor inconvenience. The room lacked an ensuite bathroom, but there were clean, private bathrooms and shower combined down the hall. This was clearly communicated during the booking process. So if you booked this room and didn't realize that, what are you even looking at? The room was small, but I didn’t mind since I only needed it for sleeping. It had a desk for laptop work and a small sink for brushing teeth and washing my face. The location was convenient, close to the Back Bay transit station for express bus to/from the airport and the orange subway line.

Everything was great, I loved the apartment complex and the price couldnt be beat in terms of location. The disconnected bathrooms and street parking is what it is but everything was clean and I never felt uncomfortable when using the bathrooms; they were always very clean and I appreciated the available bathrobes and slippers. Definately a great place to go when you want to be in the center of Boston with your friends.

We stayed at a room with 4 twin beds in this hotel the restroom and shower facilities are on the hallway in our case we were close to the them which makes it easier when traveling with kids. Showers and toilets are very clean and you find a tote for each person at the room with a towel sleepers and some toiletries, this makes it easier to also take your clothing if changing in the restroom. I wouldn’t recommend if you have little ones because of the restroom situation other than that the place is great and the room a beautifully designed.
