There is no ventilation in the restrooms and the fact that the doors were sliding and did not close properly put us in a very difficult situation, especially since we were four people staying there. We had to request an extra heater because the rooms were cold, as the existing heater only worked up to a certain level. Aside from these issues, it was a pleasant hotel.

Booked a room for my daughter and I, as she had a college visit at BU the next day. Very convenient. The hotel has an art deco feel to it; appears to be renovated from an old hotel. It’s very artsy, which is nice. The staff there were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Linens were nice. The receptionist asked if I was a light sleeper, and I told her yes. She put us in a room that was farther from the elevator. Will stay here again next time I’m in town.

This was the perfect place for our quick trip to Boston for a concert at a nearby venue. They welcomed us with a glass of wine and charcuterie at check-in. The room was spotlessly clean, and we could watch the crew teams rowing on the river from our window. The bed was super comfy! The vibe of the hotel was eclectic and fun. Note: there is no coffemaker in the room, but they had excellent coffee available in the lobby. Great little boutique hotel.

Bed clothes were minimal. Temps 60-65 max temp as they had not turned on heat in grooms and corridors. Breakfast was a 1/10 and coffee undrinkable. Ironically, they add a facility fee on top of expedia price while there are no facilities. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in for more than 10 years. It is a very very poor reflection of Expedia that they include it.

Came into my room and it was DIRTY sheets everywhere, previous stay had clothes and dirty cups everywhere, an unflushed toilet and some liquid substance in the sink. Despicably gross. Got the room changed, but this room was right by the elevator. That elevator must have been the LOUDEST elevator ever and constantly woke me up through the night. 2/5. If you have to stay here you’ll live. But do not recommend picking this place if you have options.

The hotel is cool art deco for sure. Craft Food Hall restaurant bar inside is great. A full wall of beers on tap where you tap a card to try different ones. The food is yummy too. The room was ok. Nothing fancy. Murals are painted on the walls. I stayed on the second floor across from the elevator. The elevator doors open and close every time they pass the floor and it’s annoyingly loud. Bed was comfortable but there was really no comforter or blanket.

The hotel was cold b/c of a broken boiler + I was amazed that they didn’t tell me that upon arrival + waited until I commented on the temp + then offered a space heater. I would have expected a reduced rate on a ready overpriced room. I’ll never stay there again
