Got there around 5p after a long day of traveling. They couldn’t get us into our room until 8pm. Also in the Wast Tower, the elevator on the right, the Lobby button doesn’t work every time so you might get stuck for a bit.

The front desk told us the restaurant was open for dinner. It is closed Sunday. We could not leave the garage our key card didn’t work and I hade to leave the care at the gate and go back inside. Even though when I checked out I confirmed I could use my keycard. The bathroom is tiny and the shower claustrophobic. We paid for a water view and it was very limited.

We had to wait a few minutes and check in none of the front desk. People seemed much in a hurry and the ordering food in the room got confusing because they were multiple restaurants some that don’t even service them anymore and then their menus aren’t correct online.
