My only complaint is the noisy heating system for the room. It made a load noise when it shut off or turned on. It was quite noisy running as well. Consequently, we didnt get much sleep...

Location is great if you are only returning your car and shuttling to the airport. No shopping or other restaurants nearby, and quite the labyrinth to drive in and out, to and from the hotel.

Clean and comfy hotel
My friends and I chose this hotel to stay for 8 nights. All in all, we are satisfied with our stay, though, there are rooms for some improvments. We experienced wrong withdrawal from the credit cards used at the check-in. The front-desk staff didn't have any clues for that and referred it as a problem in their systems. The problem was finally resolved after we checked-out, although we expected a better accountability. The breakfast variety was acceptable, but the hotel offers the same breakfast everyday! The location is quite close to the blue line (5 min walkable) and you can easily commute to downtown Boston. Whether checking-in or checking-out, free shuttles will depart every 15 min from airport to hotel and vice versa, which was pretty helpful.
