We reserved a kink sized bed. We received a room with double beds. When I went back to the front desk the lady told me they ran out of kings. That I had arrived to late for a king (it was 6:45 pm). She offered my money back without any other options did offer to not charge me for parking. But I was still charged for parking. Very rude and uncaring
