Terrible check in experience, customer service is poor.. had to book an additional room but staff redirected me to book thru their website because they said the price was different in person. Prior to booking this hotel i called the number on the website to ensure i can upgrade to a bigger room to sleep 3 and the rep. Confirmed they had a room that fits 4 but in perosn they asked me to book a 2nd room for 1 person or lose my money for the first room book thru travelocity. The rep. Didnt finish helping me when she's moved on to anyone else that areived after me. She also mentioned that my sexond room would not have a view if i didnt upgrade to premium and it did have a window view just not to the city buildings.

This hotel is fantastic! Cute and quirky with seriously great staff. The rooms are small but impeccably clean with great views. The hotel is surrounded by tonnes of places to eat, lots of sports bars and within walking distance to tourist spots. I really loved my time here and when I come back to Boston, I will book in again. No brainer

It’s a really sleek hotel, staff courteous, nice esthetic, great location my only slight complaint would be the bathroom layout. There’s absolutely no privacy so all your business will be heard lol, and the room was a bit dusty but overall not a bad hotel I would recommend.. Just be advised that if you go with someone, the bathroom situation will be very interesting lol
