I was not familiar with CitizenM. In planning a great weekend with a dear friend I found the hotel through a search. I liked what i saw on their website. In many cases, websites make their hotel sound better than they actually are. NOT CitizenM. I cannot do an extensive list...it would be too long. However, CitizenM exceeded our expectations in every area. They made a great weekend into an INCREDIBLE weekend.

The room was clean and bright. The thing we didnt like was the toilet and shower was in a glass room inside the room, no privacy and the bed needs a step stool because we had a hard time climbing it to it😁. But otherwise it was a nice place and right next to the TD Center.

I liked the room set up and the amazing view. My floor was very quiet and peaceful. Check in took a very long time. The desk attendant took more ID's from other guests before she finished helping me and because I had a question, people who arrived after me, were checked in before. I suggest not moving on to other customers before a person is completely assisted and checked in, since I did arrive to the desk prior to these guests. I did not feel that was a quick process or fair to me. The rest room in the lobby was not clean in comparison to other hotel lobby restrooms, and the $120.00 extra charge for three mornings of breakfast was ridiculously overpriced. I declined this extra expense.

Had a wonderful time staying there. Very surprised at the size of the room, very small, but it worked for us as we spent most of our time exploring Boston during the day. Everything was super clean and the staff were helpful and very kind. Extremely clost to TD Garden and the Amtrak station, reason we booked the hotel.
