Lovely hotel, great bar that overlooks the lake. Family room was very far away, advertised as a bedroom and a lounge and was just one big bedroom which isn’t great with a baby as you have to go to sleep when the baby goes to sleep. Apparently there are other rooms that are split but we didn’t get one which was infuriating. The phone in my room wasn’t working which again wasn’t great as you had no communication with the hotel. Shame as we would of had a lovely stay apart from this. Informed reception but they just said oh sorry, not good enough really when your paying a lot of money.
