Overall it was a decent stay. Staff were polite and welcoming. The room was spacious although a truck at 5am had woken us up right outside our window. The breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn breakfast so no much to say but it was nice. Only downside was the fact we checked in late at night (midnight) and checked out the next morning (6am) but still had to pay the £13 full day parking.

What kind of hotel with "airport" in their name doesn't have an airport shuttle?? My own fault, but we found there is a Holiday Inn attached to the airport, for $40/night less!! At least they had a "to go" menu at the bar that was delivered to our room, which was very handy since we were checking in at 10pm. (We arrived at the airport an hour and a half before that!) I just think they should put some warning in big block letters: "WE DO NOT OFFER AIRPORT SHUTTLE". Lots of others do and that's why I went with these guys; i assumed they did and they don't... i know; "assumed" is my fault...

Very good but needs soundproofing.
Stayed here a few times. I requested a top floor room as I'm a terrible sleeper. I got allocated a ground floor room but as I was so tired after a long haul flight, the nice lady at reception let me check in early. The bathroom was nice and the room had a lovely comfy bed. The carpet and sofa chair? However were minging. I do wish rooms had soundproofing as i could hear noises from other rooms and thumping from the room above. I got very little sleep. That's with earplugs. The food in the restaurant is very good and nice to have vegan options. That was evening meal and breakfast. If this place had soundproofing and wasn't as tired in decor, it would be 9 out of 10. Overall, very happy apart from other inconsiderate noisy guests.
