Second time staying here but we wouldn’t return. No issues with check in and check out but the room is very dark, and front desk staff need work on customer service. 24 hour room service should not be advertised - it should state 24 hour FOOD service because they do not deliver to your room. You have to order it and then wait for a call to go downstairs and pick it up. Communication is lacking to customers on how the restaurant works. People sit and wait until they realize nobody comes to your table. You have to order each item and drink from the bar and pay for it each time. We ended up doing about 6 transactions on our card in one night.
Room was clean but not the room I asked for. It had 2 twin beds instead of a king. Combined with the fact that our airport shuttle told my husband he would not wait for me to get back from the washroom in the lobby, making us miss our transportation, did not make for a great stay. Front desk staff did not seem interested in my overall experience upon checkout.
On the way to my room the hallway was dark and dingy and my suitcase wheels got stuck on a ledge that sticks out of the floor. This caused me to fall and injure my knee. When I reported this to the front desk the next morning I got no response. I advise all American visitors to avoid this property because it doesn’t meet Radison hotel standards as we know it in America.

Hotel was good for blocking airport noise out but exceptionally noisy all night with other guests playing music and doors slamming.
The hotel was amazing! Quick check in and they were even able to accommodate me to a low level floor last minute. The restaurant in the hotel is delicious and the staff was super attentive to any allergies that I had. Upon check out I realized that the surrounding area didn't seem too safe but we felt safe during our stay.
Awful location. Very dark hallways very dusty airless rooms. No mention of £10 bus fare return to get to the airport. Won’t stay here again. Pay the extend stay in the south terminal hotels

Great place to stay for an early airport journey and an easy shuttle to take. The air con was hard to operate and the windows did not open so that was a hit harder in our room. The dining area could use an update on their bar stools as quite a few were in need of repair.
Regardless, it was a lovely stay and I would do it again!
The hotel & the facility is excellent, nestled in a quiet corner stone throwing distance from Gatwick.
The room, bed are excellent & is air conditioned. There were a few issues, however the Duty Manager - Mr. Saurabh Mehta was outstanding & excellent in resolving the issues in a speedy manner - thank you for your service & hospitality- Saurabh - much appreciated. The hotel runs a shuttle service to all Gatwick terminal every 30 minutes, ideally for travellers. The shuttle is £5 per adult each way, the reception maintains the timetable. The hotel has a nice a restaurant alternative u can order food via apps etc. on the whole ideal for travellers & reasonably priced. Would certainly recommend if you’re looking a hotel near Gatwick.
