No room service so click and collect option taken up. Informed no sandwiches served after 6pm. On collection i was presented with an enormous tray and then had to navigate a lift and 3 pull doors opening towards me with no help. Nearly dropped the lot. Loud alarm went off at 1am for a minute. Then stopped. No explanation offered. Sleepless night ensued after that. Nothing special about this hotel and it is 5 miles from South terminal. Bus service to airport was efficient

Great hotel near Gatwick Airport

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Good bus to/from gatwick airport which starts very early in the morning. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcome.

The room was decent but the downfall was lifts werent working when we arrived and the room got too hot and the air conditioning was making it much worse to stay in the room

A nice enough place for a night stop ahead of a flight the next day. The rooms were spacious, although far too hot and the air con turned itself off so.we woke up boiling. Lots of noisy door banging was not great for sleep. Whilst this is largely the fault of rude customers, there are quieter door options available to hotels to mitigate this.
