Electricity went off for most of the night and all of the morning. We pay for a full day at a time but get refunded by the hour we could not use anything. No phone charged no electricity no lights.

Good size Hotel room and hot tub great. Bathroom undersized and cramp for the size of the room.breakfast great. Hotel grounds good, the external pub is a great touch as is the Bentley car which we used to get dropped off into Bowness. Great location. Friendly staff good breakfast.

Amazing Hotel in a fabulous position. Fantastic facilities run by Staff that were so friendly and made you feel so welcome with whatever you wanted to do. Very relaxed atmosphere at all times of day. Pub & Spa / Pool area such a joy and pleasure to be in. Can’t wait to go again.
