Tranquility by the river
We were greeted with a very warm welcome and had time with the host (Donna) over a cream tea where she took time to find out about us and gave us a number of recommendations of things to do and where to eat. The bedroom & en suite was very clean, tidy & spacious with views over the large garden. There was a very comfortable lounge for guests to use & each evening we had a chat with Donna & her husband Steve who took a genuine interest in what we had done that day. Their home has a very eclectic feel, with many pieces of art, furniture & ornaments they have collected in the UK and their time overseas. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh ingredients from local suppliers. Both Donna & Steve were always cheerful in the morning and were flexible in their breakfast menu to meet any preferences you had. There was so much to eat, after having their breakfast you will not want to eat until Dinner! Overall, we were delighted we had chosen Bow Mill Farm and would have no hesitation in recommending the B&B to anyone planning to stay in the area.

Donna and Steve were the perfect hosts, welcoming us into their beautiful home and making sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. The breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
