Good morning Paul, Thank you for your review. It is good to hear you found our location peaceful and the food good. We are blessed to be located in such a beautiful part of Telford. I am sorry that your heating was not working during your stay. This is something that unfortunately we do not know there is an issue with, until we are told by a guest. We do have a supply of portable heaters for the rooms that would have been issued by reception upon request. I hope we do get to welcome you back to the hotel in the future.
