Very sorry to read this review which is very untypical. It is almost unheard of for our guests to complain of being cold - most guests find our rooms and bedding to be more than adequately warm and comfortable.As you decided to remain anonymous, I have no way of checking your reservation but presume you did not book a room with a harbour view. The photographs on the websites are of the rooms so I don't understand the comment about the room not looking like the picture. finally, I have just checked all the floors in the bedroom areas, and could find no uneven flooring.

Along with a restaurant, there's a coffee shop/cafe on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Free breakfast is available daily. WiFi is free in public spaces. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 3-star Stonehaven inn.

The Ship Inn offers 11 accommodations with coffee/tea makers and a hairdryer. Flat-screen televisions are featured in guestrooms. Bathrooms include a shower and complimentary toiletries.
