Overall the facility is dated but adequate staff polite and professional. My let down was Breakfast - as it was mid week staying local to work. The menu amazing the execution poor - waited nearly 25 min for 2 hard poached eggs on unbuttered toast with side if cold beans - we want to be up fed and out in the job - would stay agin but skip breakfast as i didnt enjoy or have the time after waiting.

Great hotel with a lovely spa, downstairs was very modern and clean but upstairs in the room was rather dated, small and dark. Didn't match the overall feel of the hotel. Some parts are worn and need updating/touching up. Staff were friendly and attentive. Gardens could do with a clean up too. Overall a nice stay with decent food, Ecspecially the breakfast.

Room was dated and there were fans located outside the bedroom window which did not stop creating both vibration and noise for the whole night. Slept poorly and noise levels too high creating stressful situation rather than relaxing one

Business stay at parkmore hotel Stockton
Stay was pleasant. Breakfast had plenty of choice and cooked well. Evening meal was nice and a varied choice. All staff are polite and helpful.the room was a bit dated, scuff marks on wall and lighting was poor with bed pushed to corner of room. It was adiquate for my stay.

Well priced, ideally placed and good confort
Second time at this hotel and I love it. It’s ideally placed in between all the places I want to visit. It’s quiet and in a residential area. The gym is better than most hotels I’ve been to, it’s a great little bonus as then after you can go and get a dip in the indoor pool. Staff is so friendly and each time I’ve been, have been trying to accommodate an early arrival. Love it and I will be back

Decent hotel stay
The staff were lovely and anttentive, the food was great and the hotel is conveniently located. Overall, a decent stay but not good enough to return. It is looking rather dated now and needs some TLC. The rooms are bland and could do with a picture or two and the spa area isn’t the best, it needs a clean if I’m honest!
