Amazing hotel
Used as a stop over for Alton towers. Was pleasantly surprised with how perfect everything was. And the people who worked there were so kind and friendly. Breakfast was perfect, beds really clean and comfortable. Couldn’t fault it whatsoever. Keep up the great work. Cheers Leigh

Staff were very helpful and more than happy to help. I appreciate we were traveling with a dog and paid a £25 charge for cleaning the room but the room smelled very badly of dog and wasn't the cleanest.

The room had no air conditioning and was far too hot. Breakfast was poor. Cooked breakfast had no choice of eggs( only scrambled) no mushrooms. It was cold before I got it to the table.

Lovely staff and easy check in. Booked double single. For the price it had everything we needed for one new night stay. Parking directly outside and was free. TV in room and bathroom very clean. Breakfast was buffet (cooked if you wanted) and straightforward again staff were very helpful and happy to help and a lot better than we were expecting :)
