Well placed hotel with easy access to M25
Really lovely and friendly staff, I didn't catch names but the lady checking us in on the night shift and the lady in breakfast buffet were both incredibly nice and helpful. All areas clean, toiletries and towels all stocked in room and the most comfy hotel bed I've slept in! Plenty of free parking and handy for petrol or supplies as just on a shopping park, then straight out onward to the M25.

Great value stay for our family of 4 for 2 nights. Good location if visiting Harry Potter Studios and London City. Parking is plenty and safe. Room is a little small to move aroung once pull out be is used. Breakfast was busy during the week so careful no to leave it too late as you won't get a table!

Nice 1-night stay for a family of four
Nice 1-night stay for a family of four. Room was fairly small but ok and good value for money. Breakfast was nice and the quality of the food was good although we needed to wait for 10 minutes or so for a table to become available and they didn't replenish items that ran out.

Hotel looks quite nice from outside, however room was quite basic and carpets were stained. Breakfast was fine in line with other hotels within the price range.

The stay was fine. However the room had a strange whistling sound coming from the air vent. Even with the A/C off. It seemed to disappear around midnight and returned in the morning. The room smelt a bit dusty but was clean. The only other let down was breakfast. Going down at 9am was a bit of a mistake. They were out of hash brown, sausages, scrambled eggs and then beans. They were restocked but at all different times and as it was a busy time everything became out of sync and we ended up getting separate plates with individual items on them as the food was being replenished at different times. However, the staff were friendly and trying their best. I would stay here again as it’s was cheap and cheerful and was exactly where I needed to be.
