Location is perfect for the ice rinks and/or institute of sport The staff are always polite and friendly. The low price makes this hotel attractive. I have always had a quiet stay and a comfortale night. All that is misisng is a kettle.

Clean Breakfast was good Some staff were good Some treated you like economy class..what more can you expect for a budget customer 😂 Keys did not work so it was a pain on the first going up and down 3 times. Room was clean and comfortable for the price

Nice budget hotel, right next to the Don Valley arena, perfect for overnight stays after events!

Nice hotel next to centertainment and Meadowhall

Nice staff. Location right next to arena, centertainment which has Starbucks, imax and many food places such as TGi Fridays, five guys, halal Nando's, etc. And meadowhall just a tiny bit further. Nice staff, decent room, near a few 24hr garages n shops.
