You’ll be getting two one-bed/one-bath units that are right next door to each other! Two queen beds, one twin trundle bed, one twin-over-full bunk, and comfy air mattresses provide enough sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests.

Two inviting living rooms, two state-of-the-art kitchens, two zen-like private bedrooms, and 2 full baths with rain showers are styled with upscale finishes, quartz countertops, custom tile work, and luxury vinyl flooring for that true resort-like experience. Contemporary design, stainless steel appliances, countless upgrades, and fast access to the beach all make for an unforgettable stay.

Amenity highlights include Smart TVs in every room with streaming AT&T U-verse cable and movie channels, Nintendo gaming consoles with over 600 classic games, traditional board games, a fully stocked kitchen with culinary essentials such as cookware, kitchenware, dishwasher, coffee bar with complimentary coffee & teas, hotel-quality linens and towels, washer/dryer combo, air conditioning, and heat.

The condos’ outdoor living amenities add to the long list of thoughtful on-property service extras and include a propane BBQ grill, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels, and sand toys for seaside excursions!

Guest Access:

You’ll have access to two downstairs units in the building, and each unit has its own private entrance plus two reserved parking spots next to the building.

You’ll also have full use of the outdoor living amenities that are shared with the upstairs unit:

• Coolers
• Beach chairs
• Sand toys

Interaction with Guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

• The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

• Quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

• If you need extra space, there is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit on the second floor, please inquire about availability if you're interested!

• A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval.

There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 8 guests.

• Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
