The hotel room itself it was everage nothing fansy how ever I paid for premium room and ended up in a standard room then I went down to front desk and brought it up then they have honored what I have paid for acting that they did me a favor when I paid for the room and they have tried to give me a standard room blaming Expedia it’s very confusing 3 building hotel in the pictures doesn’t show clear justification of the place honestly I won’t stay here again

Overall, the hotel is good and very convenient, especially if you’re flying out of San Diego Airport, as they offer an airport shuttle service. However, the room we stayed in had a few issues. The AC unit made unpleasant noises whenever it turned on or off, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, the bathroom door was loose and seemed on the verge of falling off. We reported these concerns to management and hope they address them promptly to avoid any potential accidents. Despite these issues, the hotel’s location and shuttle service are definite positives.

Bay view does not dissappoint!
We booked the bay view as we were staying here as a pre-cruise night. The room did NOT dissappoint! Lots of 'street entertainment' happening (and I don't mean street entertainers, but just watching the traffic and the people - quite different from our small town of 9000!!!
