Your experience will depend of the room you’ll get ! We had a room on the first floor near the outside door and elevetor and the noise was horrible. We change room to be on the 12th floor, king bed and the experience was now really great !

I had a great stay at the Wyndham while traveling solo. The bay view room was worth it, it had stunning sunset views from a small balcony. Although my initial room had an issue with the AC, the staff promptly moved me to a new room, and they were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The location was excellent—within walking distance to little Italy and conveniently close to public transport. The bed was comfortable, and I didn’t experience any noise disturbances from the street or neighboring rooms. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. My only real complaint was the Wi-Fi—both the free version and the paid upgrade were frustratingly slow. Additionally, the sink faucet was positioned a bit too far back from the basin, which made it slightly inconvenient to use. I’d definitely stay here again in the future.

The location of the hotel was excellent but the room service was not good. I called two days to get the soap container filled and at the end no one came. I ended up using the body wash from bath to wash my hands. Also I had to keep calling asking for coffee or towel. The front desk clerks were really friendly. Also I arrived a couple of hours early and was happy to hear that my room was already done and ready. However at the end I noticed they charged me 25$ for the early check in!!! This never happened to me before. As overall it was an average hotel and worthed the money.

Property was very spendy and quality did not deserve it. Concert was next to us and parking was very scarce as a guest at there motel. My view of the parking lot. Also service was horrible in there restaurant Claim jumpers.

We were there for a girls weekend. Once we arrived and parked, we walked everywhere. Though our stay was enjoyable, I am not happy with the fact I tried to cancel our first night due to the fact we had a death in the family and the services where held that day, Friday the 13th. Expedia blamed the hotel for not allowing the cancelation, and the hotel blamed Expedia. What started off as a 4 person get-a-way, ended up a 3 person get-a-way, with the 3 of us there being exhausted by the time we got there due to the long day we had with the funeral.
