Nice hotel and great location. They want to charge an early check in fee of $75 even if room is ready. Water temperature in shower did not regulate well. Had to plug something in behind bed and the dust z was unbelievably thick.

Great Location
Great location close to waterfront, Santa Fe Train station, Lirrle Italy and walable to downton and waterrfront, and very comfortable furnishings. Bathroom toilets and bath/shwer are dated and need updating but the rest of the room and furnishings were very good.
