Booked here for the convenience of the Convention Center and shopping but there are other hotels within the same area for less. I’ve stayed at many Hyatts and this one was disappointing. The rooms are run down, dirty bath towel and the breakfast is overly priced as well as the parking. Definitely not worth the price.

The room service was good. The outdoor view was awesome!!! However, the beds are terrible. Te bed was hard and the pillows are too soft. We weren’t very happy with the bed.
