Cute and clean properly near the centre and beach. The grounds were lovely and daily cleaning was a real bonus. Communication with the staff was great too. The grounds were super quiet at night and felt very safe.

Could do better.
No tv in room and wasn’t cleaned the 5 nights I was there. Also it’s a pain trying to check in as you need to call a number and wait (25 mins) . Good location for beach and Jumbo centre, nice hot tub.

Very nice and comfortable apartments well kept and clean. Very good beds and air conditioning if needed. Great central location near bus stops and Cita and Yumbo centres. A short stroll to the promenade. Can’t fault this complex but it would be even better if there was a toaster, a full length mirror and some British TV. Overall I had a great stay and would return.

Personne n’était là pour nous accueillir (porte close et absence totale de réception).Une fois arrivée à l’hôtel, cette personne (dont on ignore le nom mais qui semblait être le gérant) nous a donné les clés de la chambre puis est partie sans autre information. Il nous a donné néanmoins, à notre demande, le login et le mot de passe du Wifi. -un des 3 tiroirs de la commode dans la chambre était cassé et donc inutilisable sachant qu’en terme de rangement pratiquement rien n’est prévu hormis cette commode, - le coffre fort situé dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et pourtant nous avons suivi à la lettre les consignes indiquées sur celui-ci ; - le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas non plus.Suite à ces dysfonctionnements, nous avons appelé à nouveau (2 fois) le gérant qui n’a pas daigné répondre.Nous avons donc été contraint de partir dîner et passer la soirée avec l’argent nécessaire à notre séjour, nos téléphones et nos Ipad dans un sac à dos... agréable début.Le gérant s’est pointé à l’hôtel dans la matinée. Nous lui avons fait part de nos griefs. Il s’est montré agressif à notre égard et nous a traités de menteurs. Face à cette situation intenable (agressivité et injure) nous avons compris que nous ne pouvions plus rester dans cet hôtel. Nous avions perdu toute confiance dans cette personne. Nous avons demandé à i'agent d'Expedia de bien vouloir nous trouver un autre hôtel. Il fallait donc payer pour l'autre reservation de l'hotel.

I was charged twice on my creditcard!! The owner sayed to pay it back in two days, but never did. I sent several mail, phone calls… no reply at all! And after almost 1 month I am still waiting for some refund! Regarding my stay, check-in and check-out didn’t exist (when I got there, someone of the other guests came to open the door!). Nobody looked after us and, when needed, the owner was totally unresponsive! Guys, please, there are many better places in Maspalomas!

A fuir horrible !
Hôtel qui n’est pas le California men, ils utilisent le nom d un autre hôtel pour les réservations. Quand vous arrivez avant 14h on vous ferme la porte au nez en disant non 14h c’est pas 11h. Lorsque 14h arrive on vous dit de loin à côté de la piscine entrain de se remplir : vous pouvez prouver votre réservation? En suite sans un mot on vous pointe une chambre 104. Un homme de main vous apporte la TV. Qui ne marche pas il vous le dit en plus. La clim non plus. Ne cherchez pas les telecommandes il n y en a pas. Puis ensuite on vous demande de bien vouloir fermer l eau de la piscine une fois remplie car il a fini sa journée. Bien sûr il vous indique que le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas, que la piscine a un problème de pompe, que le wifi l antenne est cassé. N attendez pas à un service de nettoyage, j ai moi même fait le ménage. Il y a pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain. Plus le séjour avançait plus c’était horrible. Le petit déjeuner inclus ? Oui il faut aller dans un autre hôtel partenaire pour le prendre. Qui est degeulasse, au passage. Puis le coup final , plus de courant électrique ! Donc la on vous explique que c’est normal car il y a des problèmes, et en gueulant un peu on vous changera d hôtel pour le California rooms. Dans la semaine vous aurez aussi l occasion de rencontrer quelques prostituees qui viennent faire des photos très dénudées pour des magasines X vous comprendrez certainement le genre de poses autour de la piscine. Bref à fuir ! Horrible !

en mærkelig oplevelse, Have kontaktet apartement i god tid før ankomst og meddelt at jeg ville være der ca 15-15.30. = iingen Problemer Da jeg ankom ca 15 til låst dår med dørklokke, skete der intet. Efter ventetid og telefonisk kontakt kom rengørningen og lukkede ind, Indchekckning Nej. - afvent. Lykkedes næste dag. Efterspurgte kode safty boks- lykkedes ikke at få på de 14 dage. Der manglede TV på værelse, kom efter et par dage men kun med spanke kanaler Meget lydt fra naboværelset, deres TV hørtes tydeligt i mit soveværelse. Bestilt morgenmad skulle ikke indtages på stedet men påBeachBoy Resort (5 min væk) Standard OK, men dårlig service af den unge fyr der stod for buffet,En dag manglede der smør , besked: da du er den eneste der spiser går jeg ikke i supermarked for din skyld, stedet her lykkes for rengøring/renovation og jeg vil hellere ligge i min seng end servicere en person. Næste dag var der indkøbt smør men fyren afvisende / sur , ingen respons på min GodMorgen = min almindelige høflighed. Forventede at stedet kun var for mænd, der boede damer der et par dage. En gruppe yngre holdt larmende fest en eftermiddag , svært at være den der skulle bede om ro, og ingen fra stedet var tilstede. Jeg er usikker på om jeg vil anbefale stedet til andre, selvom jeg i helhed var tilfreds med mit ophold

Schöne Anlage in ruhiger dennoch zentraler Lage
Die Anlage ist vor kurzem renoviert worden. Die Zimmer sind gross und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich uns hilfsbereit. Es werden noch kleinere Arbeiten dirchgeführt was aber nicht störend ist. habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde sicher bald wieder kommen.

Huoneisto 105 oli vanhanaikainen. Sohva erittäin huonossa kunnossa ja likainen. Keittiön ovet rempallaan. Allasalue ja piha olivat loistavat! Myös huoneiston terassi oli hieno. Hotelli sijaitsee erittäin rauhallisella alueella ja piha-alue oli hiljainen myös iltaisin ja öisin. Rahalle sai hyvän vastineen.

Disturbed day and night
The water ran from the bath, which disturbed when it was quiet in nighttime. Tv did not work, and workers who made nois in daytime to opdate the hotel. Not a hotel I will do next time in PDI
