Privelege suits are worth every cent.

I upgraded to the privilege suites . They were so spacious and clean the balcony was the size of some of the rooms and was looking onto the main pools. Aircon was good. Don't believe all the reviews about the food. I found it a great selection and not repetitive at all. All in all i will recommend to everyone and will be back again.

Staff are very accommodating and the amenities were good for kids. However the dining buffet were quite noisy but food are good. And it’s nice that you got two restaurants you can booked for quite evening Meal.

Never stayed in a 4 star hotel before , my wife , young daughter and myself went full board , and one word to sum up the experience, IMPRESSIVE we won't have any hesitation returning to this wonderful hotel , the food was exceptional and the staff very friendly. Highly recommend

Nicest hotel I've stayed in for holidays ever. Staff were courteous, room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very plush and elegant and beautifully decorated for Christmas.

This is not a 4-star hotel. Maybe 3.. Mold in the bathrooms. Bland food. Bait and switch. Charges for extras like WiFi, room safes, etc. Pool was decent.

Nice hotel with good amenities to relax

We have really enjoyed the allinclusive offer. Most of the staff was friendly and corteous, the daily animations were fun and the evening programmes were also cool.

Nice appearance

Lovely hotel and the surroundings are lovely. Four pools but they could have done with having a slide in the pool for the kids. Didn't really see the animation team coming around to get guest involved in activities during the day. Kids club could be longer only 2 hrs in the morning and afternoon. My some enjoyed the football that was organised though. Hotel staff were pleasent

Experience not bad, I suppose ok.

Restaurant was like a cattle market. Very average breakfast. Poor quality food. Long Queuing for eggs, juices & tea/coffee machines & toasting machines, making the experience very frustrating. Table service for taking away used plates etc was very poor too.

Exceeded our expectations - brilliant!

Hotel was fabulous, brillant pools, amazing grounds went half-board,food was superb, great entertainment in the evening and lovely relaxed piano bar.

Ett väldigt trevligt och barnvänligt hotell. Jättefint hotellområde med fina pooler och roliga aktiviteter. Bodde här med små barn (9 och 4) och hade all inclusive. Maten är bra och det finns väldigt mycket att välja på. Många olika pooler och ett fint vattenland för barnen. Miniklubb och mini disko för barnen. Trevlig personal överallt och väldigt hjälpsam. Det fanns två tema-restauranger som ingick i all inclusive. Man kunde inte boka innan man var på plats ändå var det fullbokat i båda hela vår vecka. Vi blev otroligt besvikna över detta. Till slut kunde vi klaga oss till en kväll på den ena men denna upplevelsen förstörde väldigt mycket av vår upplevelse så räkna inte med att få plats där, känns mer som att man har dessa som lockbete. Det som också skulle kunna bli bättre är: * Poolerna är uppvärmda men upplevs ändå kalla * Minidiskot kl 20 är väldigt sent för de minsta barnen * Nuggets borde finnas i den stora restaurangen som ett alternativ hela tiden * Hade varit trevligt med musik vid poolen * Långa köer vid viss mat i restaurangen Det vi uppskattade mest: * Trevlig personal * Stort utbud av mat * Fint utbud av dryck * Mysigt och fint hotellområde Jag skulle inte åkt hit utan barn då det är väldigt mycket barnfamiljer och hög ljudvolym men med små barn var det helt perfekt.

Bra för familjer-ok mat-juniorsvit rekommenderas

Juniorsviter med trädgård solsängar och fåtöljer var så himla trevligt. Perfekt när man ville komma undan lite. Buffén helt ok barnen var jättenöjda! Väldigt sköna sängar! Trevligt med tema restaurang asiatisk! Obs boka direkt efter check in. Wifi är inte så bra Vi bodde i juniorsviter 0265 och 0273 med sol under dagen

Very nice. The voice level at the buffet is quite high because lot of people eating ja talking same time, but that's how it is. Otherwise all ok!

Mooi hotel, ook een adult only gedeelte bij het zwembad. Eten was wisselend. Vorige keer bij dunas hotel aan de overkant geweest en vond die beter. Nadeel is wel dat het echt een familie hotel is, continu overal huilende baby's. Je kan niet even rustig eten zonder gehuil om je heen. Ook de kamers zijn helaas gehorig, hierdoor werd ik af en toe wakker van huilende baby's. Leuk hotel voor gezinnen, minder als je geen kinderen hebt en een beetje rust wilt.
